Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Marine Lifestyle Products-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products (e.g., swimwear, towels, personal care items)
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved products)
- Digital goods (e.g., downloadable guides, e-books)
- Perishable items (e.g., food products, live marine organisms)
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or lack original packaging will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled similarly to returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product. Shipping fees may apply for the new order.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
